President of the Emergence Madagascar Initiative
My dear friends,
Conscious of the delay accumulated by Madagascar for more than 50 years, we are obliged to recognize that the long-awaited development and hoped for by the population is still not at the rendezvous.
It is high time for us to propose and implement lasting and effective solutions, to give ourselves a new start. This is why I founded the INITIATIVE for the EMERGENCE of MADAGASCAR (IEM), which will be a consultation platform bringing together national and international experts, committed personalities, strategic and financial partners, financial of investment, as well as all people of good will, with a view to providing concrete solutions to each problem.
I.E.M. will bring key ideas, large-scale projects, real engines of growth, for the development of key sectors of the economy impacting the standard of living of the population, in order to transform our vision into action.
We are all convinced that Madagascar is a land full of future, and that its people deserve a better future. And it is together that we will make the Emergence of Madagascar possible.
